At Repêchage®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare experience; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship the Items
Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
